Purchased items are eligible for credit or exchange if returned within 30 days of the invoice date, provided the item is in its original purchase condition and accompanied by:

    •    Original price tag(s), if applicable

    •    Original certificate(s), if applicable

    •    All original accessories and packaging

The following items are final sale and not eligible for return, exchange, or credit:

    •    Special order items

    •    Custom-made pieces

    •    Resized, altered, or engraved items

Additionally, repair, resize, and engraving fees are non-refundable under all circumstances.

Returned items must show no signs of wear, damage, or alteration. Oak & Murphy reserves the right to refuse any return that does not meet these standards.

Oak & Murphy is not responsible for loss or damage to purchased items once they have been shipped. We strongly recommend insuring all return shipments and using a trackable delivery method.

Once received and inspected, approved returns will be processed within a reasonable timeframe. Credit, exchange, or refund eligibility is determined at Oak & Murphy’s sole discretion in accordance with this policy.
